1. GENERAL
This website is owned and operated in New Zealand by Farmer Jones Organics. Limited.
Definitions:
 Customer refers to the individual purchasing fruit using their personal login.
 Farmer Jones Organics refers to www.farmerjonesorganics.co.nz.
 GST refers to Goods and Services Tax in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985.
 Login refers to a customer’s personal email and password used to access Farmer Jones Organics.
 Fruit refers to products available for purchase on the Farmer Jones Organics website.
By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. All fruit and products supplied by Farmer Jones Organics are provided in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
Farmer Jones Organics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for all orders placed using their login credentials.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we make no warranties and accept no liability for any errors or omissions. Product photos are for representation only; natural variation is expected.

2. PRICING
Customers agree to pay the price listed on the website at the time of purchase, including all applicable shipping fees. As explained in our FAQs, prices for one-off boxes and subscription services may vary depending on seasonal availability. Pricing is consistent between subscription and one-time purchases. 

Shipping fees are location-based. Rural deliveries incur an additional $3.50 per box. If an incorrect shipping option is selected, Farmer Jones Organics reserves the right to cancel the order or apply additional charges. Customers will be notified of any additional fees. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will either issue a refund or offer a suitable alternative (subject to customer approval).

3. PRODUCT QUALITY
By purchasing from us, customers acknowledge that they are buying perishable goods.
Farmer Jones Organics may, at its discretion, replace or refund any fruit that is damaged upon arrival, provided that the customer notifies us within 48 hours of receiving the item. A photo of the damaged product may be required to process a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.

4. PAYMENT
Orders must be paid for in full via internet banking or credit card before dispatch. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in debt collection efforts. Farmer Jones Organics does not store customer credit card information. We use Windcave for secure credit card processing. Account holders who are invoiced must pay by the due date. Interest of 3% per month and any applicable collection fees will apply to overdue accounts.

5. DELIVERY
Farmer Jones Organics reserves the right to withhold delivery for any reason. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Once delivered to the specified location, responsibility transfers to the customer. Customers must ensure delivery is possible at the address provided. We aim to dispatch orders within six working days. If your order has not arrived within seven days, please contact us.

If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the delivered product. If notified within the 24-hour period, we will arrange a replacement if stock is available.

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
Farmer Jones Organics accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our fruit or services. We are not liable for any consequential loss related to the use of our website,  delivery, or failure to deliver.

7. CUSTOMER INDEMNITY
By using our services, the customer agrees to indemnify Farmer Jones Organics from all liabilities, claims, expenses, or losses arising directly or indirectly from use of our site or issues related to delivery or non-delivery.

8. USE OF COOKIES
Google Analytics:
We use cookies to gather anonymous information on website usage. This helps us analyze trends and improve the user experience. Data collected includes visitor numbers, sources of traffic, and pages visited.

9. QUALITY GUARANTEE
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your fruit upon delivery, Farmer Jones Organics will provide a replacement or refund.

10. REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please refer to Section 3 for information on how to report damaged goods and request a replacement or refund.
